原材料：
砂糖、玉ねぎ、有機ルバーブ、チリ、酢、ニンニク、スパイス、キサンタンガム。
300 ml。
The rhubarb gives it a proper Swedish summer tang, and the chili is just enough to keep things interesting without stealing the show. Poured it over grilled pork and the whole plate disappeared in five minutes.
The heat is so gentle it’s almost a whisper, which lets the rhubarb’s sour sweetness shine through—I’ve been spooning it over grilled chicken and even a simple cheese toast, and the Thai-chili finish keeps it interesting without burning anyone.
