The garlic and sesame really come through in this one, and the fruity sweetness balances the soy nicely without overpowering it. I've been using it as a marinade for chicken thighs and it gives that proper bulgogi vibe every time.
The sweet heat hits just right on ribs, and that sesame-soy undertone really sells the bulgogi vibe. I've already gone through half the bottle in a week.
I slathered this on grilled chicken last night and the soy-sesame depth with that fruity finish made it taste like a proper Korean BBQ spread. The garlic’s definitely present but not overpowering, and the bottle lasted me a good two weeks of daily use.
