I was skeptical about a sauce from surfers in Norway, but this Carolina Reaper and raspberry combo is dangerously good. The heat builds slow and then hits like a wave, while the hallon keeps it fruity enough to actually finish the bottle.
I was honestly not ready for how intense this is, but the raspberry actually comes through before the reaper hits you — that's a wild combo. I've been dabbing it on eggs and even a spoonful straight, and the heat lingers in a good way. The 210 ml glass bottle feels sturdy too, so no worries about it
