Cracked open the bag expecting the usual vinegary heat, but these are properly crisp and the jalapeño tastes fresh rather than powdered. Being made in Spain by a Michelin chef's recipe actually shows in the texture. Gone in two sittings.
These jalapeño chips have an incredible crunch that holds up all the way to the bottom of the bag. The heat is present but not overwhelming, and it’s fun knowing they were dreamed up by an actual Michelin-starred chef.
I wasn't expecting a French Michelin chef's take on chips to be this good, but the jalapeño heat is properly balanced instead of just burning your mouth. The crunch holds up all the way to the bottom of the bag, which is rare.
