The three-chili blend gives a nice slow heat that builds without overpowering the meat. Used it on chicken thighs last night and the crust came out deep red and a little smoky. 240g jar will last me a while too.
Three chilis give it a nice layered heat that builds without overwhelming the chicken. I rubbed it on thighs before grilling and the skin came out crisp with a smoky kick. The 240 g tin will easily last me through the summer.
Used this as the first layer on baby backs before a long smoke and the three-chili blend gave a nice warmth without overwhelming the meat. It's genuinely spicy but not punishing, and the 240 g bag has lasted me through several cooks.
