The 295 g jar lasted me through four whole chickens, so a little really goes a long way. Left the skin nicely crisp and the meat had a deep smoky-savory flavor without being salty. My new go-to for grill nights.
Rubbed it onto chicken thighs before a weekend grill and the skin came out genuinely crispy with a nice smoky depth. It's a finer grind than I expected, so it clings well instead of falling off. The jar's bigger than I pictured too.
