Didn't expect blueberries and blackberries to work with this much heat, but the Apollo chili keeps it from just being pain. A little goes a long way on eggs, and the 148 ml bottle will still last me a while.
The fruitiness really comes through after the initial burn settles, like ripe berries cutting through the heat. I’ve had other Apollo sauces that were just pure pain, but this one has actual depth that makes me want another dab despite my eyes watering.
