I was a bit skeptical about mango in a hot sauce, but the fresh ginger and lime really tie it together with the habanero. Drizzled it over grilled chicken and the gradual heat let me actually taste the fruitiness first. This 100 ml bottle won't last long in my kitchen.
The heat creeps up nicely instead of hitting you all at once, and the fresh ginger keeps it from being just another sweet mango sauce. I've been drizzling it over grilled chicken and even eggs, and that lime tang cuts through rich food perfectly.
