Used this on a rack of spare ribs last weekend and the honey sweetness came through without tasting artificial. The 280 g tub is a good size too, enough for several cooks. It's become my go-to for anything pork.
Tried this on baby backs at 225 for about four hours and the glaze it built was unreal. The 280g tub will last me a few cooks, which is nice since I'm already planning to use it on chicken thighs too.
Mixed a spoonful into my burger patties before grilling and the honey sweetness came through without being cloying. The 280 g tub is bigger than I expected too, so it'll last me a good few cooks.
