I used a few cloves in a pasta salad and that 63% garlic content really comes through — the marinade is tangy and fresh without being overpowering.
The oil and vinegar marinade really soaks into the garlic perfectly, making it soft but not mushy. I tossed a few cloves into a simple pasta dish and it added such a rich, mellow flavor. Definitely buying again for antipasto platters.
