I wasn't expecting much from a tin of sardines, but these are genuinely tender thanks to the steam cooking. The organic tomatoes and olive oil make it feel like a proper little meal right out of the can, no prep needed.
The tomatoes and olive oil in this tin are so fresh-tasting that I actually ate it straight from the can with a spoon—no bread needed. Each sardine is firm and holds together nicely, and knowing it's from organic farming makes the whole thing feel like a proper little meal.
I was a bit skeptical about tinned sardines with tomato, but the olive oil really shines through and the fish stays moist, not mushy. The packaging is nice enough to just open the tin and eat it straight with some bread.
