The green olives stay nice and crisp while the 'nduja melts into them, so every bite has that soft-spicy kick against the crunch. I've been putting them out with bread and a glass of red wine and they disappear fast.
The heat from the 'nduja creeps up right after the briny olive crunch, so eating them straight from the jar is dangerously easy. The 185g portion disappeared in one sitting over aperitivo, and the spicy kick lingers just long enough to make you want another.
