These little rusks are dangerously moreish, the salty kick of the graviera cheese is perfect with a bit of olive oil. I had three with my coffee this morning and they're already almost gone.
The oven-baked crunch is spot-on, and the graviera flavor really lingers without being overpowering. I’ve eaten them straight from the bag and with a bit of honey, and both ways hit the spot. A 60-gram pack doesn’t last long, but that’s probably for the best.
