The sardines are perfectly tender from the steaming, and the sauce is rich enough that I was spooning the leftover tomatoes and capris straight from the tin. A great lunch option when I want something savory without any fuss.
The tomato sauce with paprika and olives is rich enough that I didn't even need to add anything. The sardines themselves are tender, and that caper kick makes it feel like a proper Mediterranean meal straight from the tin.
