The blend has a nice smoky-sweet balance that doesn't overpower the chicken, and it worked just as well in a frying pan as on the grill. Even my picky kid asked for seconds.
This rub has become my go-to for weeknight dinners — I use it on chicken in the oven and it gives a nice smoky depth without being too salty. The 198 g tin lasts a while too, even with how often I've been reaching for it.
Threw this on drumsticks before roasting and the skin came out way crispier than my usual paprika blend. The 198g tub is bigger than I expected too, so it'll last through plenty of weeknight dinners. Works just as well in a pan as it does on the grill.
