アンチョとチポトレのチリがもたらすスモーキーな風味と辛さに、ひとつまみのカカオとベーコン風味をプラス！これ以上ない絶品さです。
こんな料理にぴったり：
ハンバーガー、プルドポーク、ウィング、フライドポテト、ポップコーン、または焼きトウモロコシのフィニッシングダストとして！
原材料：
玉ねぎ、黒糖、パプリカ、ニンニク、カカオ、塩、黒こしょう、アンチョチリ、チポトレチリ、ベーコン風味（大豆、玉ねぎ、塩、砂糖）。
Rubbed this on a pork shoulder before a slow smoke and the bark it built was unreal. The cocoa backs off just enough that the chipotle and ancho heat still comes through, and there's a faint bacon note on the finish. My go-to for pulled pork now.
The cocoa and chipotle combo sounded odd at first but it totally works on burgers. You get that smoky heat first, then a hint of bacon on the finish. Went through half the jar in two weeks.
