Used this on pork chops last night and the crust it built on the grill was unreal. The 380 g tub is bigger than I expected too, so it'll last me through the whole summer. Sweet-smoky balance without being overpowering.
The 380 g tub is bigger than I expected, enough for several rounds of pulled pork. The blend is smoky and slightly sweet without being salty, so I can season generously and still taste the meat. Easily the best rub I've tried on pork so far.
