The citrus note really comes through on shrimp and peppers, way better than the plain chili powder I used before. A little goes a long way, so the 198 g bag will last me a while.
The citrus note really comes through when I rub this on chicken before grilling, gives it that proper Tex-Mex flavor instead of just plain chili heat. A little goes a long way too, so the 198g bag is going to last me a while.
The citrus in this fajita rub really comes through when I toss it on chicken and peppers in a hot skillet. Used about a tablespoon for two chicken breasts and it seasoned everything without being salty. The 198g jar will last me a while, which is nice.
